We are here for you too. Agency caregivers must be:

• 21 years and older
• A high school graduate or equivalent. (Education in child development at the high school or college level is a plus.)
• Have a valid driver’s license (with a safe driving record)
• Have reliable transportation
• Able to provide at least three excellent child care references from non-relatives
• Eligible to work in the United States
• CPR Certified for infants and children
• Willing to undergo a background check

All Providers

(Nannies, Housekeepers, House Mngrs, etc.)

Child Care Providers

Additional requirements for all child care candidates include the following:

Excellent childcare references *
Minimum of 5 years recent childcare experience
Pass the INA Basic Skills Exam
CPR/ First Aid Certified
Valid Passport
Valid Driver’s License
